**What the charity does:** We provide, maintain and develop the facilities at Dalziel Park for educational, recreational and cultural use by pupils of Dalziel High School (present and past) , clubs associated with Dalziel High School and the wider community.

**Objectives:** The Trust shall continue to develop and maintain the buildings and sports fields of Dalziel Park for educational, recreational and cultural use by pupils of Dalziel High School (present and past) , clubs associated with Dalziel High School and the wider community.  The Trust shall ensure that all activities carried on at Dalziel Park shall be in keeping with the values of a War Memorial.
