The Church is a Trust and its purpose and rules of administration are set out in 115
Constitution.
TRUSTFE RECRUITMENT AND APPOINTMENT
I'h¢ Elders Ot the Church are appointed by the Comrnunicant membcrship of the
congregation as the Trustee5 of the Church.
CHARJTABLE PURPOSES
In tol lowing the mandate given by the l.,ord Jesus c.hrist to preach the Gospel of Christ to
all people, we aim to minister to the spiritual, physical and niental well being of not only
oui- local communily, but also oiher peoplcs across the world. Through thc rcgular
weekly meetings we seek Lo show true Cdl'e and cornpassion towards all. from the young
to the older mernbers of society. By personal contact and pastoral visitation we seek to
support those in need.

I report on tlie accounts of the charity for Ihc year endcd 31 Dccember 2024 which are sel out
on pages 3 & 4.
R¢speetive responsibilities of trust¢cs' and examincr
The Cburch's sessionlcommittee are responsible for'ihe PTeparation of the accounts in
accordance iiiith the tenns of the C,hai'ilies and "fnistee InN'eslnient (ScoilEJnd) Act 2005 and
the Charities Accounts (Scolland) Reg¥ulations 2006. The Church's sessionlcommittee
consider that the audit rcquiremenl of Regulation l O ( l ) (d) of the Accounts Regulations does
nol apply. It is my rcsponsibilily to examine the accounts as required under Sectinn 44 (1)
(c) of ihe Act and to stale whether particulaT matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiners, st¥dt¢ment
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the Charities Accounts
(Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records
kept by tlie Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. Tl also
includes consideration of any unusiial iiems or disclosure in the accounts, and seeks
explanations from the trustees, concerning any such mattels. The procedures undertaken do
not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not
express an audi¢ opinion on thc vicw given by the accounts.
Independent examiner5, Statement
In the course of my examination. no matter has eome lo my attenlionl
which gives me reasonable cause lo believe that in any material respect the requirements..
to keep accounting records in accoTdancc with Section 44 (1) (a) of Il)e 2005 Act and
Rcgulkltion 4 01. tlie 2006 ALcounLS regulations, and
lo prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and Comply with
Regulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations hav¢ not been mel. or
to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
Understanding of the accounts to be reached.
