**Objectives:** For payment or application of the whole free income and or capital of the Trust Fund for the general benefit and welfare of the Grassmarket community including the provision of nourishment, healthcare facilities, accommodation and shelter for the homeless and destitute in the Grassmarket area as the Trustees in their sole discretion think fit and best capable of achieving these purposes, and without prejudice to the foregoing generality and and to the discretion conferred on the Trutees the Trust Fund and income thereof may be applied as follows:- I.For the provision of sandwiches on a daily basis at St Catherine’s convent in Lauriston Gardens II.For the provision of food vouchers for those attending the Skin Clinic in the Grassmarket. and III.For the provision of food by the Grassmarket Mission.
