**Purposes:** 'the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage'

**What the charity does:** The Charity, at Christmas time, gives all residents of the Parish of Dunning who are 80 years of age and over, a voucher to spend in any of the village shops or hotels.   Anyone who is housebound also receives a voucher or a gift depending of circumstances.   Residents of Dunning who have had to become resident  in a Care Homes are given a gift.

**Objectives:** The objects of the association shall be  a)	To take over the funds at present held in the name of Dunning and District Nursing Association and to disburse either income or capitals to give assistance to persons residing within the Parish of Dunning in the following ways b)	Chiropody so long as it’s not within the National Health Service c)	Wireless to help people unable to leave their houses d)	Appliances of and nature necessary for their wellbeing e)	Any services previously  carried out by the Dunning and District Nursing Association so far as out with the National Health Service f)	Any other objects which the committee in their discretion may think fit including comforts.
