**What the charity does:** Argyll Federation SWI supports women and  promotes education and  connects women locally and nationally to improve their quality of life through friendship, education, sharing of skills and experiences.  This is done in  order to celebrate tradition Scottish heritage and crafting techniques in order to keep these 'alive' and also embrace new adventures and learning of new skills.

**Objectives:** a)    To advance the education and skills of women and girls	 	 To provide a platform for social activities and networking	 To promote the preservation and development of Scotland's heritage and culture	 To promote and work with like-minded organisations at home and abroad	  development of Scotland’s traditions, rural heritage and culture.
