In the year, the membership of the Management Committee changed and the way In whlch the income and expenditure was recorded also changed. There was no proper changeover from the old Committee to the new one and, as a result, there was a lot more piecing together of information needed. However. the new Committee Members were diligent in providing me with the information required and, as a result, I have been able to reconcile the bank, and account for the expenditure incurred in the year and the income received, although some of this has had to be allocated to different headings.
