Gorebridge Parish Church is part of the Church of Scotland and seeks to glorify God by encouraging everyone to live in the reality of Jesus’ love. Jesus-centred, Bible-based, Spirit-filled and God-honouring, the church aims to nurture a vibrant community of faith through worship, prayer, Bible study, pastoral care and service. Its activities support people of all ages and include community recycling, a community café and meal, youth groups, family drop-ins, school chaplaincy and practical help for those facing hardship. The church works closely with local schools, charities and community organisations, while supporting causes at home and overseas. Its Youth Team runs Connect drop-ins, Youth Alpha, school activities and outreach events. Grant funding through Seeds for Growth has supported Clan Emmaus, an initiative training youth ministry staff across Scotland.
