The charity is set up to improve the lives of women from Sikh and other ethnic minority groups by providing facilities to meet and socialise as well as providing support and counselling services.

Objectives: The objects for which the Company is established are to promote the advancement of education, the improvement of health and the furtherance of the social welfare of the children and families of the members of the Sikh and wider Ethnic Minority community living in Edinburgh. To support women from the Sikh and wider Ethnic Minority communities to access Employment opportunities and to offer employment opportunities within Sikh Sanjog and the Social Enterprise Community Cafe.
