**Objectives:** 4.1 to give continued provision of services to the local community allowing increased opportunities in a rural area to all groups. whether designated by age, gender, social, health, education, etc 4.2 to provide a suitable space to allow for the provision of training courses, sporting events, social interaction, entertainment, organised/uniformed group meetings, sales, health groups, etc 4.3 .to allow advancement of education 4.4 to ensure advancement of citizenship and/or community development  4.5 to encourage advancement of public participation in sport
