To organise social and other functions in the Association’s premises. iii. To assist other organisations in the village of neighbourhood of Preston which cater for the social life of the inhabitants by granting such organisations the use of premises belonging to or under control of the Association either with or without payment as the Committee of Management hereinafter provided for may determine.
