The Trust was established under Trust Disposition and Settlement by the
late Peter Brough, dated 5th November 1879 and registered in the Book9.
Council of Scotland 29h July 1883.
Trustee recruitment and appointment
The Trust is ￿lminiStered by the Trustees acting from time lo lime. Any
hanges in Truslees are effected by means of the appropriate Deeds of
Assumption and Resignabon, signed by the acting Trustees and sueh
Trustees beir¥J appointed or resontng under such deeds.

Charitable purposes

educalional and charitable objects for the benefit of certain inslitulions.

Funding of the foregoing objects is ach￿ed by the cdleclion of income
on investments fflade on behalf of the Tnjsl by the Trustees, acting on
appropriate inveslrnent advice from stockbrokers elc. The stockbrokers
fcr the Trustees are Rathbones Inveslment Management. Glasgow.

The investment policy of the Trusleos is balar￿ed as lo income and gr¢wAh, and donations are made from income and

By obtaining appropriate advice, the Trustees are taking all steps necessary lo ensure that any major risks lo which the
