**What the charity does:** Our Vision 'To be the most recognisable and sustainable built cultural heritage preservation trust in North East Scotland. Protecting sites of architectural and historic interest that would otherwise be lost' Our Mission 'The NESPTs mission is to facilitate and deliver projects which provide sustainable uses and long-term management solutions for the built cultural heritage of North East Scotland, which would not be financially viable through commercial means. We will achieve this by working in partnership with communities, funders and not for profit organisations to develop viable conservation, restoration and building adaptation projects, and by ensuring that nationally and locally recognised built cultural heritage sites and structures which are important to the community are protected, restored ,and sustained for this and future generations'.
