**What the charity does:** Lead Scotland helps disabled people and carers to learn, connect with others and reach their potential. We offer friendly one-to-one learning, befriending, digital skills and information services across Scotland. Our team supports people to build confidence, gain new skills and take part in their communities. We also listen to people’s experiences and use what we learn to influence change, helping to make Scotland a more equal and inclusive place for everyone.

**Objectives:** The Objects for which the Company is established are: 1. to advance the education of the public in Scotland particularly in the area of working with people with disabilities and their carers and people disadvantaged by their social or educational exclusion. 2. to act in the capacity of a learning provider for the groups of people identified in Object 1, such provision to include but not be limited to, integrated literacy &amp; numeracy.
