The Charity's Committee are responsible for the PreP￿ation of the accounts in
accordan¢¢ with the tern￿ of the Chariti¢s and Tn￿1¢¢ Inv¢8lm¢nt (s￿￿alld) A
2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. The charlty trustecs
nsid¢r that tbe audit requir¢m¢nt of Regulation 10(1) (d) of thc Accounts
Regulations do￿ not apply. It is my responsibility to ¢xamine the aC￿llnts
requird under Section 44(1} (c) of the Act and to state whethtt particular matters
have com¢ to my attention.

My ¢xamination is Ca￿1￿ out in ￿CordanCe with Regulation I l of the Charities
Accounts (Scotlalld) Regulations 2(N)6. An examination includes a r¢vi¢w of the
awjunting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented
with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual item5 or disclosurcs
in the accounty and seeks explanations ftom the Committee ¢oncernin8 any suth
rnatt￿s. The procethwes undertaken do not provlde all the evidence that would be
uirnl in an audil and consequendy I do not we3s an audit opinion on the view
given by the accounts.
