'the advancement of education'

Our charity was set up to provide an educational setting for children to attend and gain the most from their learning and development through a safe, secure and nurturing environment that can cater to children's needs and wants. The charity is a well known and established playgroup within the community which can accommodate children from the age of 2 years to not yet attending primary school. We provide high quality childcare through experienced and skilled professional educators who are dedicated to the children within their care and their families. We establish quality relationships and encourage and promote independance, individualism, responsability, confience and creativity. We regularly develop the children's eperiences through outings, trips, experiments and visitors and give back to our community through a community larder, engagement, gardening etc.

Objectives: The aim of the group is to promote the aims of Scottish Preschool Play Association which are to advance the education of pre-school children with the emphasis on play experience, so that they may take a constructive place in the community and also to advance the education of their parents and other appropriate persons. In furtherance of the above aims the group shall seek: (a) to provide safe and satisfying group play in which parents take part when appropriate. (b) to encourage other charitable activities through which parents may help the children
