All trustees are appointed by the Founder / Patriot / in order to efficiently,
effectively run the services of the community centre. If a trustee is seen
unfit or retires, the remaining trustees will conduct a meeting & a new
trustee that is fit for the position will be officially appointed by the
Chairman, through unity of other present trustees at that time.

Teaching 5+ Yrs. Children Arabic & Urdu Languages from context.

Information / advice awareness to the congregation / public from,
Government bodies, Council, Police, Immigration, NHS & all
welfare organisation(s) relevant to the interest of the congregation
/ public in general.

Educating Children, Teenagers, Adults & Elderly, in religious &
cultural unity, diversity & harmony in the light of the British law.
Jamia Islamia is a community centre founded by the founder / patriot, with
a vision to provide quality service to the Muslim community growing in
Glasgow especially around Shawlands area.
The main activities are to spread both Religious & General Education /
knowledge to the community. Providing for their needs in all regards & to
help resolve issues, by obtaining help from the bodies mentioned above.

Summary of the main achievements of
the charity during the financial period
The organisation has & is & will continue in developing stronger bonds
with the community every year. The congregation has supported the
organisation on all regards to best of their abilities despite the pandemic &
global effects upon all of us in the UK.
Hence the infrastructure will constantly be strengthened to maintain this
achievement, through learning & development. To the interest of the
congregation / public in general.

The charity has no reserve any outstanding bills, invoices & DD’s etc., are
agreed to be paid in a certain time frame in arrears in full by the agreed
date & matters are prioritised according to urgency.
Then fundraising appeals are made in prayers to both Men & Women.
Usually monies get raised within the agreed time frame & bills, invoices &
DD’s (direct debits) get paid without the need for any legal action.
Companies have no issues, as the organisation’s track records are
satisfactory with them.
This year we have made a small surplus at close of the financial year 30
April 2026. The organisation will continue to monitor and strive at level
best and will continue to resolve challenges over the next financial year to
provide the highest standard of services to the congregation, possible by
the organisation.
