Oryanlstlon•l Structure The Kirk Session presently meets approximate￿ every two months and under the Unitary Constitution is responsible for both spiritual and finance and property rnatter5 Within the church. A Finance Team ha5 been set up. led by the Treasurer with help from •nother elder from the Se$51on, aTh elder no¢ on the SeS￿On. and a member ot the ¢on8regaiion. Othèr tèams will follow. Oblertl¥es and ArtI¥￿Ie3 The Church of Scotland Is Tfinltarian In dollrine, Reformed in tradition and Presbyrerian in polity. It exi5¢5 to lorify God and to work for the advancement ol Christ's Ksnedom throy8hout the world. And surety l am with you alway5. tg the very end of age." In addition 10 the artivities already listed, Prayer Meetin8$ are regularly held in The Strathdearn Hub and Crov Church. We also 5UPPQrt the Highland Foodbank and donations lor this are uplifted at both Services at Crov and Tomatin every month. Good5 were also donated at HaNest Thank5givin8 in lieu of the traditlonal harvest lfts of fruit and ve8etables The Guild enjoyed many interestin6 and enjoyable mtetin8S thfou8hout 2023 at all three local venues- Croy Church. The Strathdearn Hub and Daviot Churth. We also attended the Guilds Together Service at Nairn. and enjoyed the Guilds Together afternoon tea at the Kin8smills Hotel. A Unlted Servlce and Guild Dedlcatlon took place at Daviot Church on 30 Ocwber. The Frlday mornin8 Coffee & Crafts sessions on Friday mornin8$ at 0￿0t Churth are well attended and enjoyed by all. Worshlp Worship normally take5 pLice each Sunday ai Oawot Church at 12 noon, with Certain jolnt serwi¢es. suth as the first Sunday of ihe year, or the Good Friday E¥ening Service, with Moy, Dalar055ie and Tomatin alternatin8 Wlth each other's ¥enues. Holy Communion normally takes place in February. July and November. with joint services in either Daviot. Dalarossie or Tornatin. The Sacrament ol Baptism is administered as and when it is appiopriaie. A joint cornmunity Rèmembrance Sunday Service and Act of Remembrance wa5 held wlth St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Croachy. at thè War Memorial at Oaviot at 10.15am orn Remembrance Sunday. The chan8ed format, nece$51tated by Covid. may well be repeated annually. Also because of covid restrictions, the Watchni8ht Service, and usual services at St Pauls for Chri5tma5. had to be cancelled. However, it was possible to have a Christrna5 Celebratin in the Cabin in the Wood at Farr specifically for the younger children. A World Day of Prayer Service is normally held each year, the venue alteTnatiTh8 between the linked parlshes, but again this could r￿¢ take place as U5val because of the l¢xkdown restrirtion5. However. the possibility of home worship was made possible by Rev 8rookes emailing oui and posting on Facebook and the website, written copies of his service& He also recorded services from the vafiOUS ehurches In his char8e, whlch could be seen on Youtube. A joint service was hèld in Daviot Church in early Au8USt invol¥sn8 members from Daviot & Dunlichity and Moy. Dalrossie & Tomatin, and Cawdor, and Croy & Dalcross.

Heritable properties, consisting of the Church and previou5ty the manse. are not recorded In the statement of balances. The historital cost and market value of these properties are not known. Taxation The Charity is exempt from taxation on its Ch¥rit¥ble A¢ttvities. 2. Funds Unre%trlct•d Funds Unrestricted lunds comprise all income rttei¥ed for the objects and activities of the Church without lurther specified purpose and are available a5 general fvnds. Deslinat•d Funds Desi8nated fvnds are also urtrestricted bui have been set aslde by the Trustees for spe¢tfi¢ purposes. The de518nated lunds included in ihese financial statements are a5 follows.. Fcbrtc Fund The fvnd is financed by in￿tmentS held by the Church and the Church Of Scotland Genefal Trustees. which is designated for the maintenance, ￿pair and development of the Church properties. The fund also receives income from a Permanent Endowment Fund. Gulld A semi•endowmeni fund with its own bank account whith is used to support ihe actiwties of the local Church of Scotland Guild. TempororyFund The net sale proceeds of the manse is dedicated to the purchase of a new manse. The fund is held by the Church of Scotland General Trustees. The amount in the accounts is a total of all cash reserves, investments and centrally held funds which were translerred during the year. There is an expectation that some other smaller amounts wlll be transferred during 2024 as well, on¢e the administration of closlng a¢¢ounts and payin8 final liabilities have all been resolved by each individual ¢onKre4ation. 16.
