Drop-in xtivity clubs for primary and secondary school children to lake part in football. badminton, pool, tAble tennis, computer games, arts and crafts. At all sessions our young people receive a meal. The sessions were split into three age groups- P1 to P3 Juniors, P4 to Pe Inlermediales and P7 to S6 Seniors. School holiday programs- We provided a programme of actfvitie$ 4 days per week over each of the school holidays, which was funded by Glasgow City Council - Holiday Foo0 Piogramme. ASN group meet on Saturday morjing for- under 5s and primary sch¢)ol age. Music clubs lo develop music interest in young people tsyo days per week. Monlhty community dinners provided by the YMCA lo anyone wanting to attend from the local community. We also started a new 18-to-25-year club once per month on a Sunday afternoon. Facilitating other clubs wtthin the YMCA such as.. Tae Kwon Do, football coaching and bible study group. We also provide shop accommodation for shops that provide services lo the local community. We have also provided meeting a¢¢ommodation for vartous groups suc as Tollcross Housing Association, Quarners Homes, Easlerhill Community Church.

Robertson Trust, Nourish the Nation, Glasg¢)w Eastern Merchants, The Templeton Goodwill Trust, Scottish Gas Neork, LT Funding, FCC Foundation and the Co-op- we are providing under 5 aclivilies 3 mornings per week. During the past 12 months we continued to provide drop-in sessions 3 days per week for our junior, intermediates and senior age groups on Tuesday's, Thursday's 8nd Ffiday's. We have continued to See a high demand for our serNices. as families appreciate the need for social interaction lor their children, the opportunity to play and leam together and lo develop their social skills. The children are learning all the lime with the activities that we offer, as well as developing social skills a$ to how lo interact with others when having a meal, which we provide at every session. The children have the opiton lo decide what they have to eat Irf anything), they are taught how to use cutlery, how to tidy up, be aware of others and how their behaviours and actions can affect others. The trial of our ASN club in the first quarter of 2025 was a great success. The club now meets on a Saturday morning and is solely for children wilh addib.onal support needs. We have also introduced a new mnthly group for 18- 10 25-year-olds who meet on a Sunday aftemoon. Our music programme continues to be delivered on Mondays and Wednesdays. where those attending have the opportunity for free musi¢ sons. During the year under review, we held our monthly community dinners in partnership with Causeway Church. The dinners attract young families. through to more senior members of our local community. Once again, we worked in partnership with Sprigg Café and Bar Brett. For Christmas 2025. SprigglBar Brett increased the number of 3 course meals from 150 up to 250. Due to Ihe demand within the area, we We able to provide 250 ft)r Christmas day. The meals were distributed working in partnership with Causeway church, Easlerhill community church, Tollcross Housing Association, Wellshol primary school and St Pauls primary school, who helped Ident families who would benefit most from the meals_ Tollcross YMCA also provided a 2oUrSe meal on Sunday 28th DeMber. Refvrt)ishment programme saw the large games hall fioor e£Jmpletely sanded, relined and vamished, wrth new basketball wallboards installed. We also installed a new boiler, together with the ladies and gents toilets being rnpletelY refurbished. Roof repairs have also been completed, together with the removal of our flag pole.

The board operate to have at least 3 months reserves at any gNen b"n*. Details of any defl¢tt Over the last financial year to 31Si March 2026, we had a deficit of £33,436.04 against an income over the year of £145,460.39, wiltt a total expenditure of £178,896.43. The deficit was as a result of refurbishment works to the building which included a new boiler, toilets completely refurbished and roof repairs. YMCA reserves were also used lo deliver our progiamme of work, which included the introduction of new clubs- our ASN club for school age children and our club for 18 to 25 year olds. All the programrnes continue to be delwered free of charge for our under 5's and school age clubs. Our monthly community dinners are also free of charge.
