**What the charity does:** Our building has 4 rooms which we let to regular local groups approx 200+ persons weekly. In addition we let to individuals for parties etc. The income this generates hopefully covers our outgoings.

**Objectives:** Administer, maintain and promote the use of the institute in the interests of the inhabitants of and visitors to Brechin, and of Arts and Crafts, musical and educational socieities, and similar bodies deemed by law to be charitable
