(4) To enter into agreements with authors or other persons for the dramatic or other rights of operas, plays, operettas, burlesques, vaudevilles, revues, ballets, pantomimes, spectacular pieces, musical compositions, and other dramatic and musical performances and entertainments, or for the representation thereof in Scotland and elsewhere, as well as of foreign and colonial rights, and to enter into engagements of all kinds/kinds with artists, producers and other persons.
