in place to miligate exposure lo major risks. The decision has been made by Ihe Commitlee to
onvert lo a Scollish Charitable Incorporated Organisalion lo miligale personal risk.

The Reserves Fund represents the unrestricted funds arising from past operaling results. The
Commillee is satisfied Ihat ihe balance of the fund. £6? 383. is more ihan sufficient to meel
the Lonlractual obligalions lo slafl. and ihc ongoing maintenance of ihe organisation.

The charlty's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with th8 lerms of Ihe
Charities and Tiuslee Investmenl Iscollandl Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl Regulation5 2006.
The Charity Iruslees consider thal the audit requirement of Regulation 101 l Kdl of the Accounts Regulalions does
not apply. 11 is rny responsibility lo examine the accounts as r8quired under s8ction 4411 Xcl of the Act and lo state
vthether particular m8tt&rs have come lo my attention.

My examination is carried out in 8ccordance with Regulation 11 of the Charilios Accounts Iscotlandl Regulations
2006. An exominalion includes a review of the accounls records kept by the chanty and a comparison of the acctxjnts
presented wrth those recor(Js. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in th8 accounts,
an(i seeks explanalion5 for the Irusl8es concerning any such mallers. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence th81 would be required in an audit, and consequenlly I do not express an audit opinion on the view
given by the accounts.
