Pilmeny Development Project (PDP) is a locally run and managed voluntary organisation, which has been successfully running older and young people’s services in Leith /NE Edinburgh Locality since 1979. The overall aims of Pilmeny Development Project are: To support local residents and groups and to encourage appropriate self-help initiatives towards the identification and resolution of their problems.
