Our current business plan prioritises: - Supporting the general community to identify needs and shape local activity. - Reconnecting socially isolated individuals with their community through inclusive activity. - Empowering volunteers to improve their lives and communities. - Supporting individuals with poor mental or physical health to improve their wellbeing. - Helping families overcome disadvantage and influence decisions affecting their lives.
