To provide a safe, secure, stimulating and happy environment where children aged 2 - 5 years are motivated to explore and learn.   2. To ensure staff support each individual child in their learning through play and encourage them to reach their full potential in all areas of development.   3. To promote partnerships with parents, carers and the local community.   4. To encourage respect, diversity and equal opportunities for all.   5.To provide a high standard of teaching through supporting continued professionalism of staff and provision of on-going training.
