In allowing the Trust property or any part thereof to be used for the purposes of religious meetings of Christians or for any other charitable purpose or purposes which the Trustees may from time to time their absolute discretion select the Trustees may stipulate for such terms and conditions of hire or for leases for such terms at such rents and on such conditions in all respects as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.
