Trustees, Report
The Trustees have pleasure in submitting their annual report and audited financial
statements for the year ended 14 August 2025. In preparing their annual report and
submitting the financial ststement for the Benevolent Fund. the trustees have ensured
the adoption of the provisions of the Statement of Re￿Mrnended Practice
"Accounting and Reporting by Charities- issued in February 2005 (SORP 2005).
The Lodge has been entered into the Scotiish Charities register and is entit]ed, in
accordance with Section 13 {1} of the Charities and Truslee Investment (Scotland)
Act 2005, to ref¢r to itself as a Charity registered in Scotland.
Strneture, Governance and Management
Lodge St Andrew No 465 is a daughter lodge of The Gtand tKMlge of Antient Free
and Accepted Masons of Scotland whose objectives, organisational structure.
together with legal and administrative arrangements are governed by the Constitution
and Law4 copies of which are available for consultation at the principal address of
