The charity organises an Annual Festival of Performing Arts for Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland. Entries are typically between 500 and 550, covering a vast array of instrumental, vocal & choral, and speech & drama sections.
Objectives: The objects for which the Association is established are to advance, promote and encourage the study and practice of the arts of Music, Dancing, Speech and Drama, Literature and Acting in all their branches for the benefit of the whole community, and by means of the Competitive Festival Movement in particular.
