The charity advances mental health and wellbeing through its provision of individual psychodynamic counselling, relationship counselling, art psychotherapy and group therapy. Objectives: The objects for which the Trust is established are:- (A) To promote and provide for the mental and spiritual welfare of individuals to promote and study the psychological and spiritual growth and mental health of such persons and their families, particularly, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by establishing and running a centre for the provision of counselling, advice and therapy for such persons and their families, and by the provision of training for counsellors in this field.
