The Trust Fund was set up to keep separate the Rotary Club of Langholm's charitable activities from its internal management and administration. A variety of events are organised throughout the year to raise monies for projects chosen annually representing each of the Rotary avenues of service and Rotary's own charity, the Rotary Foundation.

Objectives: The Trustees hereby declare that they shall hold and apply the Trust Fund and all other moneys which may from to time be received by the Trustees whether such moneys shall arise from donations, bequests, deed of covenant or from any other sources and also the investments for the time being representing the same (all of which are hereinafter included in the expression 'the Trust Fund') upon trust to apply both the capital and interest thereof to or for the relief of the poor and needy or to or for such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object as the Club shall at a duly constituted meeting from time to time direct.
