**What the charity does:** The charity is set up to provide animal rescue, rehoming, and support services across the Scottish Borders, these are offered through our Rehoming Centre. The Centre provides kennels and cattery facilities which offer a safe space and opportunities for training and rehabilitation where necessary.The charity operates four shops, which raise income needed to support the running costs of the Centre. The shops and Rehoming Centre are run by a team of staff and volunteers.

**Objectives:** Borders Animal Welfare Association's objects: to endeavour to alleviate the suffering of all the animals in the Borders ( which term shall include the areas in the Borders of Scotland and England).
