GIrtgu￿Ing Angus is a charitable unincorporated associalion and the purp)se and 2dmini8tratKJn
arrangements are set out in our Constitition.
Charitable Purposes
Girlguiding Angus aims to deliver a programme of informal education to gids and young women in
accordance wth the ethos and principals of Girlguiding UK. We aim to develop and expand
girlguiding throughout the County by recruibng and supporting our volunteer leaders. During 2025
Girlguiding Angus had approximatety 1032 members.
Actfvities and Achiov¢ments
DuAng 2025 our68 units ranging from Rainbows ¥9od (4-7yrs} through Brownses17-1fyr8) Guides {10-14yrs)
Ran9efs114-18yrsl have delNeTed challenging and exciting programrne to gids and young women. Activitses
were organised foc all sections. Rainbows enjoyed a trip lo Cr819toun Park. Brth¥nies took p8rt in a Deledive
Day at Forfar Campus, Guides and R8ngers held a Raft Race and Irred the new Aqua Splash al Monikie
Park. A number ol girfs and leaders atterKled the Girtguiding Edinbjrgh Festival Camp. Leaders also enjoyed
an aftemoon 10 pin 80￿Ing and Es¢8pe rooms
Trustees Remunorath>n and expenses
Expenses of £158 were paid to rnem￿rs of Ihe Executive Committee ITrust8es} and these were
paid in accordan￿ with rates agreed at the Financ£ Committee on the 13th November 2018. One
member r￿1Ved expenses.
A deflclt of £323 was recorded.
Ro$erves
Girtguiding Angus held unrestricted funds of £74510 at the year end_ We consider this balan￿ will
enable us to continue to run Giflguiding Angus effiCien￿Y at current subscription rates, into 2026
