The Church is set up to promote the Christian Faith in the local community and beyond. The Church holds weekly services and also provides for christenings, weddings and funerals. Community Groups use the premises on a regular basis, e.g. Glasgow Community Band, line dancing. Several times a year a group of young people (High School age) from local Churches gather together to meet for discussion about their faith, to share thoughts and ideas, to pray and have fun. Every week there is a Sunday School renamed 'Rainbow Riders' in our Church and there is a creche facility to allow parents to bring along their very young children who will be looked after whilst parents/carers attend the Church service. The Church halls are well used and freely given to self help groups to support their work. The Church continually supports other charities and groups with donations from Church Members. They also donate to global charities who support areas where there are great needs.

Objectives: The Church's Objects are the advancement of the Christian Faith in Parkhead and beyond. by all means consistent with the Old and New Testaments of the Bible and the Congregational Principles, including worship, preaching, ministry, prayer, witness, education, community service and the support of agencies and individuals and other charitable organisations. and the relief of poverty and other social needs.
