SCIO No: SC001024
I report on the financial statements for the period ended 31st March 2022 set out on the precedlng
pages.
Re5pecrfve responsibllltles of the Trustees and the Independent Exomlner
The charitvs Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the Accounts in accordance with the
terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment Iscotlandl Art 2005 and the Charities Accounts
(Scotlandl Re8ulations 2(K16 las amended). The chariws Trustees consider that the audit requirement
of Regulatlon 10111 la} to Icl of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to
examine the Accounts as requifed under Settion 44111 Icl of the Act and to state whether particular
matters have come to my attentlon.
Ba￿$ oAlndependent Examlnerf5 report
My examination is carried out in accordan￿ with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl
Regulations 2006 las amended). An examinatlon includes a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the Accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or dlsclosures in the Accounts, and seeking explanations from the
Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence
that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view
given by the Accounts.
Independent Examlnerfs statement
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
11 which glves me reasonable cause to belleve that in any material respect the ￿qu1￿MentS
a. to keep accountin8 ￿CordS in accordance with Sectlon 44111 lal of the 2005 Art and

b. to prepa￿ Accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with
Regulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations
have not been met; or
