## KEITH GRAMMAR SCHOOL — TRUSTEES’ ANNUAL REPORT 

## CHARITY NO SC000946 

## Keith Grammar School, School Road, Keith, Banffshire, AB55 5GS 

Keith Grammar School Charities Committee fundraise throughout the year for local charities. Each year the pupils decide which charities they want to support and raise money for accordingly. 

During the financial year 2024/25 £88.58 was raised for Children in Need. However due to account signatories absences these funds could not be transferred to Children in Need. Bank charges have since been made and the balance of this donation has reduced to £84.33. Bank charges will be covered by Keith Grammar School to ensure that Children in Need receive the fully donation of £88.58. 

The expenditure from our charities account may authorised:by members of our Senior Management Team: 

- Alan Bruce — Head Teacher 

- > Laura Main —Depute Rector > Kevin Pirie — Depute Rector ; 

Alan Bruce is currently on a career break and Sean Duffy, Acting Head Teacher replaced Alan Bruce on 24" February 2026 

As such they are in governance of the organisation and would be the closet we have to Trustees
