The Bureau is set up to provide the advice, information and representation that people need. to ensure that they do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of services available to them, or through an inability to express their need effectively and to improve policies and practices that affect people's lives. We do this by listening to the needs of our communities and our clients and providing accessible, quality advice to anyone that needs it.
