The legal form of the Society is a SCIO {Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisationl. 3. PURPOSES OF THE socIFrY. The aims and objectives are the study and practice of choral and other music, especially that of JS Bach, in order to foster public knowledge and appreciation of such music by Means of public performan￿. 4. ACHIEVEMENTS IN PERIOD. Three con￿rtS were performed durin6 the year featurlng the muslc of JS Bach, R Vaughan Wllllams, G Flnzl, M-A Charpentier, C Monteverdi, A Vivaldi and others. 5. RESERVES. There is only one18eneral) fund and it Is unrestricted. 6. RECEIPTS. The main sources are members. subscriptions and concert ticket sales. 7. PAYMENTS. The main items of expenditure are those associated with choir rehearsals and concerts. No grants are given by the Society and no governance costs were Incurred. There are no contingent Ilablllties.
