Charity is set up to popularise Ayrshire cattle and we aim to achieve this by holding competitions and events where members can showcase cattle and discuss breeding with other breeders stimulating the young generation.

Objectives: (a) To popularise Ayrshire Cattle and encourage the breeding of quality stock (b) To encourage the production of quality milk and the keeping of official records (c) To promote sales by auction of Ayrshire Cattle under Sale Rules to be agreed between Auctioneers and Management Committee of the Club (d) To aim at stimulating interest in pedigreed Ayrshire cattle to an extent sufficient to encourage new members to the Ayrshire Cattle Society and to afford the Society all possible assistance in their efforts on behalf of the breed.
