The Trustees present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 3 April 2625, along with the independent examiner's report.
## Reference and administration details
The charity is registered as Culrain & District Hail Committee. It became a charity on 21 September 1963 and is registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR): number SC000517.
The principal office and operating address of the charity is:Cuirain Halil, Cuirain, Ardgay, Sutheriand, IV24 3DH

## Structure Governance and Management
Culrain & District Hali Committee is an unincorporated association and the purposes and administration arrangements are set cut in Gur Constitution. All of Cuirain & District Halli Committee trustees are appointed or reappoiniec by the members at our annual general meeting, which is heid in August each year.
## Cbjectives and Activities
For the purpose of physical and mental taining and recreation, and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, Classes, recreation or otherwise as may be found expedient, of the inhabitants of Culrain and surrounding district extending from Doune to Invercharron orin the other County opinions, of Rosssubject and Cromarty,to the provisionswithoutof distinction these presents.of sex or of political, religious
## Achievements and Performance
Successful fundraising again with monies from North Highland Initiative, Ardgay and District Council, SSE Renewabies, Groundwork UK and Foundation Scotiand.
The Reroofing and electrical upgrade compieted, Grants raised to reclad the external Wallis, to be carried out summer 2025, redecoration of intemal rocfing following the works compietion.
Various successful fundraising events allow for the continued functions of the hall and community larder.

## Financial Review
The reserves stands at £54974.46 and of these funds £56245 is reserved for compietion of cladding, internal decoration and access ramp and car park. The organisation responds to expenditure needs as and when they arise and frequent committee meetings ensures that reserves are always availabie and when necessary fundraising activity will take place.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 3 April 2025, set out on pages 6- &.
## RESPSCtive TESponsiviiii|es Of Tustce and examiner
- The Chanty's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with ihe terms of the Charities and trustee Investment (Scotland) 2605 Act and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. The charity Trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10{1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations aces not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required uncer section 44{1) {c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
## Basis Of independent examiner's statement
- My examination is Camied out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination inctudes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It aiso incitides consideration of any unusual! items Or Gisciosures in the accounts and seeks expianation from the Trustees conceming such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide ali the evidence that would be required in an audit anc, Consequentty, | Go not express an audit opinion on the accounts.

- In the Course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention 1 which gives me reasonabie cause to believe that in any materia! respect the requirements :
