We provide an efficient broadcasting service to hospitals, clinics and other establishments within Fife. During the past year, we held an open day to show people around our studios. We broadcast to the hospital from an outbuilding supplied by the Fife Health Board. We have continued to be restricted since the COVID period due to tightened restrictions and new rules imposed to safeguard patients in the hospital, so we can now only accept requests using our online platform. We hope to get back to having more patient contacts by engaging with the hospital volunteer group, since hospital visitors need disclosure checks before visiting the hospital patients.

Objectives: OBJECTS (1) The objectives of the Charity are to inform, educate and relieve sickness, infirmity and/or old age almost persons living in Kirkcaldy and District, by providing a local broadcasting service for hospitals, hospices, old persons' homes and/or similar institutions, and wherever possible, providing a similar service to the local community to assist patients receiving 'Care in the Community'. (2) In furtherance of these objectives the charity shall: i) Provide programmes of interest and relevance to the local community within the transmission area. ii) make these programmes available to similar establishments and/or organisations, if appropriate. iii) Provide a 'messenger service' and co-operate with other organisations providing a similar service locally, nationally and/or internationally. iv) join, and maintain membership of the National Association of Hospital Broadcasting Organisations (known as the Hospital Broadcasting Association).
