Organising and/or delivering workshops to equip people with practical tools, exercises, and coping strategies to help maintain robust mental or overcome mental health crises. Facilitating and assisting access to services aimed at bridging the gap between people and external mental health organisations. Representing and advocating for people who are experiencing mental health challenges within environments such as schools, clubs, and community settings. Raising awareness of the importance of robust mental health and promoting understanding within the wider community. Raising awareness of the mental health services available through signposting and information campaigns.
