**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects are for the public benefit in Northern Ireland and elsewhere: (a) To advance education in Sign Language, and Deaf Culture. (b) To promote equality, inclusion, and accessibility for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. (c) To relieve isolation and improve wellbeing through cultural, educational, and social activities. (d) To support the development of communicated initiatives that empower Deaf communities. These objects shall be exclusively charitable under the law of Northern Ireland.
