**Purposes:** To relieve and prevention of poverty among women and children from ethnic minorities including asylum seekers and refugees, in Northern Ireland by providing relevant resources and support including well-being workshops, courses and training. To advance access to formal and informal education, community education, vocational and life-long skills by sharing resources, support and training accessible to women and children from ethnic minorities, asylum seekers and refugees. To empower and strengthen communities by creating safe spaces, facilitating capacity-building programs, and promoting inclusivity, ensuring that women and children from ethnic minorities and asylum seekers and refugees thrive in a society free from economic and social barriers. To advance human rights, community relations, racial harmony, and social cohesion through outreach programs, advocacy, and cultural initiatives that foster mutual understanding and support.
