**Purposes:** The charity’s purposes (‘the purposes’) are  1. To advance education among under-resourced youth in South Africa by providing financial support, scholarships, or grants to enable them to access educational opportunities in the United Kingdom. 2. The aim being to develop skills, improving life opportunities, and enabling the individual to contribute positively to their communities. 3. To improve the recipient’s life skills by providing mentoring, training, and related support with the purpose of enhancing their personal development, academic success, and future employability. 4. To promote greater understanding and cooperation between communities by supporting cultural exchange and educational collaboration between South African youth and the wider international community in the United Kingdom. 5. To assist in providing a pathway to overcome poverty for the under resourced and vulnerable individual
