Activities
The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are: (a) to advance health & wellbeing, promote good mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, mental health awareness and positive community engagement through the provision of, but not limited to: (i) mentoring, mental wellbeing coaching, counselling, cbt resources, mental health, training, workshops, talks, sessions, events and seminars on topics such as good mental wellbeing, mental wellness, stress management, anxiety management, self-care, emotional wellbeing awareness and life coaching. (ii) facilitating, signposting to the appropriate mental health facilities and healthcare professional services through collaborating with local mental health services, G P practices, professionals and organisations.
