**Purposes:** Dreams2Memories is established to relieve those in need by reason of metastatic cancer, reoccurring lymphoma, relapsed leukemia and grade 3 or 4 brain tumors by providing care and support and, in particular, by enabling the realization of feasible dreams that will create lasting memories for the dreamer and their loved ones.

**What the charity does:** The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
