## Activities

**Purposes:** The Association is established for the provision of the Christian faith, the advancement of education, the relief of poverty, need, hardship and distress and the promotion of the benefits of the inhabitants (hereinafter called “the beneficiaries”) of Northern Ireland and throughout the world in such areas as the Committee shall from time to time decide (hereinafter called “the area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, with the objects of the improving the conditions of life the said  inhabitants and in particular: (a)	To advance and promote the Christian faith in the area of benefit through evangelism, the distribution of Christian literature, discipleship training, prayer events and meetings and street outreach activities and in such other ways as the Committee may from time to time may think fit; (b)	to establish or secure the establishment of a centre (hereinafter called “the Centre”) and to maintain or manage or co-operate in the maintenance and management of such a centre for activities promoted by the Association on furtherance of the above objects; (c)	to encourage new, and strengthen existing, partnerships with churches and evangelical groups in the area of benefit in an effort to enable local churches to support communities in their religious education and spiritual development; (d)	to relieve poverty and hunger in the area of benefit by any charitable means and in particular through the provision of food, clothing, counselling, support and care; (e)	to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the Committee, may from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
