**Purposes:** The charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are specifically restricted to the following: (1) to advance education of young people in N. Ireland and Africa by promoting good citizenship and character-building opportunities including voluntary work in Africa and by any other charitable means. (2) to relive need and improve the quality of life of young people in Africa by assisting in the advancement of youth and community development programmes. (3) to promote racial harmony, equality and diversity in particular but not exclusively between young people in N Ireland and: a) young people in Africa by promoting awareness of diverse issues, spirituality and culture; b) young people from Africa and the Middle East who are refugees or seeking asylum in N Ireland by working together to provide personal and social development opportunities.
