Richhill & District Trust was established to promote for the public benefit the wellbeing inhabitants of the Richhill and its surrounding sistrict (the area of benefit), without distinction of age, gender, marital status,disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic origin,political or religiou opinion by: Advancing community development Advancing environmental protection and improvement Advancing the conservation, protection and improvement of the natural and built environment; Advancing education and public participation in activities designed to improve the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit. ii) Furtherance of the Main Objective To preserve and protect and improve for the public benefit of buildings or structures of architectural, historic, environmental, industrial or constructional interest in the Richhill County Armagh (hereinafter described as “the area of benefit”) including and associated machinery, artifacts, ancillary buildings, gardens, parkland and landscapes, and to advance the conservation, restoration, and maintenance of such heritage assets for the benefit of the public.
