## Activities

**Purposes:** The charity’s purposes are to support Cedar Lodge School in providing high-quality education for our young people, to promote the physical and mental health of our young people by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities, and recreational services in an educational environment. To foster more extended relationships between staff, parents and members of our community.  Provide and assist in the provision of facilities in the interest of education, social welfare for recreation and other leisure time, with the objective of improving the quality of life for the parents/caregivers and the pupils of Cedar Lodge School.  Promote all or any purposes for the benefit of children and young people of school age with special educational needs in the area, which now or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable under the law of Northern Ireland.  Friends of Cedar Lodge will raise funds for the above purposes that align with the mission and values of Cedar Lodge and carry out charitable activities that further these aims.  To encourage volunteerism and community engagement through various projects and events.
