**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are specifically restricted to the promotion of the following purposes for the benefit of the public:  The advancement of Christian religion by making the Bible available to people of every language, class and creed in a language they can understand, in a format they can use and at a price they can afford, and to encourage engagement with the Bible for the social and spiritual benefit of all people both in Northern Ireland and elsewhere, but with only such note or comment as is necessary to assist engagement with the Bible and to enable effective partnership with the Christian churches.  To co-operate with members of the United Bible Societies and other organisations for the purpose of carrying out the activities set out above.
